About the Author
B. Raman joined the Indian Police Service in 1961 and served in Madhya Pradesh as a police officer from November 1962 to July 1967. He joined the External Intelligence Division of the Intelligence Bureau of the government of India in July 1967 and moved to the Research & Analysis Wing (R &AW) of the Cabinet Secretariat, when it was created in September 1968 as an external intelligence agency of the government of India. He served as the head of the Counter-Terrorism Division of the R&AW from 1988 to 1994, and has been a member of numerous intelligence groups. He testified on terrorism before the US House Armed Services Committee in 2002, and before a subcommittee of the House International Relations Committee in 2003. He is the author of four books-Intelligence: Past, Present & Future, A Terrorist State as a Frontline Ally, The Kaoboys of R&AW: Down Memory Lane and Terrorism: Yesterday, Today & Tomorrow-all published by Lancer Publishers of New Delhi.

About the Author

Robert Kreitner, Ph.D., is Professor Emeritus of Management at Arizona State University. After a 26-year career at ASU, Dr. Kreitner was named to the W. P. Carey School of Business Faculty Hall of Fame. Dr. Kreitner was born in Buffalo, New York. After a four-year enlistment in the U.S. Coast Guard, he attended the University of Nebraska-Omaha and has received the Alumni Association's Scholar-Athlete Award. Dr. Kreitner received bachelors and master's degrees in business from UNO and a Ph.D. in business from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Before ASU, Dr. Kreitner taught at UNO, UNL, Western Illinois University, and Thunderbird as well as Micronesia, Albania, and Switzerland. Dr. Kreitner has authored or co-authored seven textbooks, including management and organizational behavior books that lead their fields and have been translated into Spanish, French, Italian, and Mandarin Chinese. Dr. Kreitner has consulted for clients including American Express, Ford Motor Company, SABRE Computer Services, Honeywell, Motorola, Amdahl, the Hopi Indian nation, State Farm Insurance, Goodyear Aerospace, Caterpillar, and U.S. Steel.

Great Condition

A very good textbook to accompany the course. It reads easily as it flows nicely and is not overcrowded by unnecessary nonsense and/or fillers. I have now read the entire textbook and can say that it is one of the better formatted books that I have purchased in the last three years for college. Overall, the authors did a superb job in putting the text together.
